Marriage infertility is in about 40% cases caused by a semen defect. Therefore it is essential to take a sperm analysis and evaluation test by every men trying to conceive a child.
Sperm analysis and evaluation test can be taken after a minimum three day alcohol and sexual abstinence.
The sample is analyzed for:
- Physical and chemical properties: liquefaction time, volume, pH
It is also possible to conduct bacteriological tests. |
